Shipping Policies

Orders are processed within the next 48 business hours after the purchase is made.

BSCS occupies an outsourced logistics and courier service, for which all its shipments are subject to its service policies, whether delays or deliveries to wrong addresses are the responsibility of the parcel service and not of BSCS Mexico.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number of your package so that you can track it.

Básicos México will provide the customer with a tracking number when their order has been packaged and shipped.

Considering this time to process the order, the home delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

For imported products, the home delivery time may be extended a little longer, these times being 5 to 10 business days* after receiving your shipping confirmation email.

The shipping cost to the entire Mexican Republic is $85 MXN. For orders over $1,200 MXN, shipping is free.

The cost of international shipping is $675 MXN. Shipping is free for orders over $4,000 MXN.

In the event that your address is in an extended area of the country which is determined by the courier service, the shipping cost may be higher and will be notified at the time of selection.
