REcupera is an initiative of Básicos de México to be able to recycle or donate garments for those who need it most, reducing textile waste and guaranteeing that they are used to the maximum.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Bring a maximum of 10 garments per person to any of our physical stores, in exchange Básicos de México will grant a 10% discount to be valid during your visit.

This discount cannot be applied in our online store or in subsequent purchases. If you do not make a purchase during your visit, you can still leave us your pieces to donate or recycle, the recovery cost in this case would be $50.00 MN

The garments will be received from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Due to hygiene measures, the garments must be delivered clean.

Textile waste is a huge problem worldwide.

REcicla is focused on the collection of garments that have already finished their useful life, they are cataloged and taken to plants specialized in textile recycling. They will be transformed into automotive filler, rags, slang, tufts, regenerated threads, etc. This will be carried out by Lucio and his family, who have been managing textile waste for more than 30 years.

For its part, with REusa people will be able to donate jackets, sweaters, sweatshirts and/or coats in good condition. These garments will be donated to organizations that work with vulnerable populations through El Día Tras , a civil association that seeks to generate change through citizen action.
